Forklift Power System
The 300V high-voltage lithium battery system for forklifts adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a liquid-cooled battery pack specially developed by CATL for construction machinery, with a 6-year battery warranty. It is compatible with automotive high-voltage charging piles, enabling 30-minute fast charging, and significantly reduces users' procurement costs, operating costs and total cost of ownership (TCO).

Motorcycle Power System
An innovative side-mounted motor is adopted, which improves transmission efficiency while achieving a one-pedal mode identical to Tesla's, with an energy recovery rate of up to 30%, significantly enhancing the range. It accelerates from 0 to 80 km/h in an astonishing 4.5 seconds, has a continuous top speed of 125 km/h, and a measured range of 250 km.

24V Forklift Pump&Motor Controller
It adopts a fully forward design and independent patented technology, achieving exactly the same performance as the Curtis controller. Users can directly replace it without modifying any circuits or control programs, significantly reducing procurement costs.

Range Extender System
The on-board battery pack can be extremely compact (6kWh and 1.4kWh). Cost-effective: No inverter is required, as the generator is directly connected to the flywheel end of the engine. Simple structure & compact layout: The generator rotor replaces the engine flywheel and is directly connected to the engine crankshaft, resulting in a simple and reliable structure, a significantly reduced axial size for easier layout, and a lightweight overall machine. Minimal mechanical loss: No mechanical transmission friction pairs, reducing mechanical loss to the theoretical minimum. Cost savings: Single-phase output directly connected to an integrated controller, eliminating the inverter and significantly cutting costs. Wide adjustable range: The speed-load-voltage characteristics have a broad adjustable range, making it easier for the engine to match the optimal working condition under specific load requirements. High & efficient power generation: A wide high-efficiency range ensures that the power generation efficiency exceeds 90% under more than 90% of demand working conditions. Rich vehicle control strategies: It can easily realize multiple functions such as pure electric drive, range-extended direct drive, range-extended charging, and parking power supply.
